Verification on SamicSub

Why We Require Verification #

At SamicSub, we take account security seriously. To ensure a safe platform for all users and comply with Nigerian regulations, we require identity verification using either your BVN (Bank Verification Number) or NIN (National Identification Number).

Verification helps you by:

• Security – Prevents unauthorized or fraudulent use of your account.
  
• Trust – Confirms you are a real user with valid identification.
  
• Compliance – Meets CBN and NCC requirements for financial and telecom transactions.
  
• Full Access – Unlocks all SamicSub features and removes transaction limits.
  

Verification Methods #

You can verify your SamicSub account through either BVN or NIN.

1. BVN Verification #

• Confirms your identity using the Bank Verification Number issued by your bank.
  
• You will manually enter your BVN during the process.
  

Steps to Verify with BVN:

1. Log in to your SamicSub account.
   
2. Go to Settings › Verification.
   
3. Select BVN Verification.
   
4. Enter your BVN and click Verify BVN.
   
   

2. NIN Verification #

• Confirms your identity using your National Identification Number from NIMC.
  
• You will manually enter your NIN during the process.
  

Steps to Verify with NIN:

1. Log in to your SamicSub account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select NIN Verification.
4. Enter your NIN and click Verify NIN.
