Samic Sales Team Lead Compensation Structure

Role: A Sales Team Lead recruits and manages a team of at least 10 Sales Representatives.

• Earnings per Recharge: ₦33.34 for every D2C (Data2Cash) recharge completed by their team.
  
• Monthly Base Target: 3,000 D2C recharges (based on 10 Sales Reps × 300 recharges each).
  
• Equivalent Monthly Pay: ₦100,000.
  

👉 Important: Regardless of the number of D2C recharges made by your team in a month, Sales Team Leads are paid based on their team’s actual performance.

• If your team has less than 3,000 recharges, you will still be paid for all the recharges achieved.
  
• If your team has more than 3,000 recharges, you will be paid for every extra recharge as well.

💡 Additional Benefit: As a Sales Team Lead, you can also double as a Sales Rep, which means you will be paid for both roles.
